I’ve struggled with panic attacks and severe anxiety for years. Was on Xanax which worked but the dependency scared me – withdrawal was awful when I tried to stop. Started Selank to get off benzos. Been using this for 10 weeks now (400mcg twice daily during taper, now 300mcg for maintenance). The anxiety relief is comparable to low-dose Xanax but without ANY of the problems – no drowsiness, no cognitive impairment, no dependency.
